服务太差了，环境也很差了，然后押金给300，服务员自己写的单据也是300我才去了房间，到了早上退房服务员就说200，然后他们服务员改单据200，太可笑了，服务员态度也很差，还在骂人，说粗口，然后还搞了报警才解决退押金，房间经常丢黄色名片很多，打扰客人睡觉!收据有图片有真相!这个酒店太垃圾了!
