看网上评价热水很好，到店冲了个澡，果然水又热又冲，很好，房间整洁干净，床被枕都比较舒适，楼下旁边胡同停车方便，房间没有听到走廊或其他房间声音，排风扇噪音较大建议睡觉时关闭，凌晨会偶尔听到楼下街道路过的大车呼啸声。整体说在150元价位消费此住房是满意的。
