  先説説酒店的优点，位置不错，楼下就是沙滩海，周围吃的也很多，缺点也挺多的，酒店设施老化，电动窗帘经常故障打不开，玻璃窗外窗都是污渍，影响观景，床头是贝壳型的白色，白色特别脏，上面都是污渍，而且是擦不掉的污渍，家里人恶心的一晚都没睡着，后面2天都是拿枕头挡着看不到才睡着的，最后説一点，不知道评论区説的免费升级是怎么来的，酒店前台告知无法免费升级房间，因为她们没有权限，哪怕不是节假日也一定要加价升级，完全没商量余地

  乾净衞生，服务水平扛扛滴！房间大，有衣帽间，衞生间乾湿分离，而且有两个洗手枱，不用争哈，帮我升极到高层带泡间的行政房，面朝海景泡个澡不要太舒服！过个马路就是沙滩和海滨长廊，和爱人牵手漫步也太幸福了吧，楼下就是购物广场，吃完饭来场电影不是不行，总之，就是太适合在这慢下来，好好放松一下！

  房间大气整洁 服务热情周到 特别是大门口的门僮 不管是哪一位都能做到主动拉门 礼貌问候 运送行李 值得称赞 説明酒店在培训员工这方面还是做的比较到位的 酒店附近吃饭的地方比较多 去沙滩酒店对面就是 去哪打车都很方便 做房间清洁的也很辛苦的 因为房间太大了 床也非常大 搞衞生也蛮难的 但房间还是维护的不错的 谢谢啦 下次来湛江还会选择这里

  房间非常好 景观非常好 床品非常舒服 衞浴视线非常敞亮 非贬义 因为视野可及没有其他高层 一楼西餐厅挑高非常开阔 总而言之 没有任何缺点的宾馆 比起其他千元以上的酒店更优质

  房间虽然有10年了，整体维护较好，安静舒适衞生，特别是高层临海，毫无遮挡，早餐丰富多彩，大厅挑空，就餐环境不错。服务人员态度很好，特别是前台陈敏女士，态度和蔼，介绍参观房间热情，值得表扬，下回来会再住这里。
