历史以来住宿卫生和服务最差的体验。一行人定了几间房，这是其中一位朋友住的，一开始订的是有窗的，入住发现没有窗，前台态度不太好，经过交涉，还是给换了。晚上12点，朋友发现床头板上有虫子，并掉到床单上。前台派了一个服务员，说处理方案只能换双人房。后来前台来了一个人，说客房有虫子是没有办法避免的，说领导电话联系后，只能退钱不住，让自己另找酒店，或换双人房，并认为到哪投诉都可以。此间折腾到将近一点……
