这前台服务员态度实在太差，不知道是耳朵有问题还是心不在焉，问一个名字重复好几遍才听明白，还不耐烦，摆着一张脸对待客户直呼大名（感情是要跟我打架吗），因为网上订的房间去酒店是要叫押金的，我们想打算刷押金或者微信什么的，这服务说、难道你们连一百块的押金钱都没有吗？（这话我就不爱听了，什么叫做我们连一百的押金也没有，你还瞧不起我们在网上订的房间了？）不知道是你这服务员落伍了还是我们太时髦、现在都是网络时代几个带现金愿意拿现金。
