位置：位于霞山区，距市中心 海边 教堂 公园 海鲜市场挺近走路能到。
环境：老城区生活气息浓厚，老旧房屋 普通市民 浓浓的生活味。
交通：交通便利门前经过多条公交线路，去机场 火车站 市中心都有公交车。
停车：后院有停车场🅿️住宿免费停。
房间：房间不大足够用，窗够大通风采光良好，有沙发书桌配套，床柔软舒适电视网络正常。
卫生：打扫干净，床单被套毛巾浴巾洁白柔软，可惜窗帘沙发套有点灰，
服务：态度好，进房发现有二顶灯不亮，反映后马上就调一房间。
性价比：百元之下性价比还是很高，如包早餐更好。

酒店地理位置不错，就在维多尔教堂旁边，旁边是霞山终点站，海滨公园，海滨码头直接坐船去南三岛，特呈岛很方便，离海滨批发市场，渔人码头都很方便，法国公使署也就在不远处，酒店房间重新装修过，房间的插座随处都有，特别方便，到硇洲岛的客运站，从酒店走过去9分钟就到了，住宿很满意，值得下次来住。

好，非常好，类似于丽枫酒店，但是价格却是比他一半还要便宜，周边很多吃的，距离时代广场海滨公园和海滨码头走路很近
