前台服务态度超级差，我一个人预定一间单人房和双人房。已入住双人房，有一位朋友只是上去坐着等人只是没带身份证居然不让开。两间房押金七百块的，凌晨二点的一直协商到三点多，我们三个人住证件齐全都不让开，卡在这里有意思吗大半夜的，平常不是住客过来你们怎么不让出示身份证登记？经理都说没问题住房人有证件齐全就可以了，前台还嚣张气焰的说有规定探访时间必须2个小时之内出来，我花钱开房我朋友，我花钱消费还要看你安排？既然这样不想做生意全部退房又不表态，要投诉你们前台名字工号都不敢给，垃圾服务，我会投诉到底。
