非常不满意 很想给差评……地理位置很好 就在景区门口，而且其实刚进房间感觉挺好的 可以看山看水。晚上要洗澡 发现花洒不出水 他们也修不好，说给我换个房 换就换吧 一连给我换了三个房 都有问题 门栓坏的 电话不通 居然还在房间发现一只壁虎 也是醉了。就这样大冷天在山庄拎着一堆行李来回走！按说这是你们的问题 应该给我升级更好的房 结果反而越换越烂！还有一点必须说一下 当时办入住手续的时候 前台让我交房费 我说提起预定的 钱都扣过了 她非说那钱会退给我的 现在要交房费 …由于是过年 也没有办法和银行核实 就交了。好多天了也没有把钱退给我 后来打电话银行说那笔钱就是消费。然后又联系艺龙 又联系酒店 好一番折腾才把房费要回来…大过年出去玩 给了这样一个“难忘”的经历 人生中第一次给差评……

酒店园林式，住心里的豪华双人房在别墅式的楼房的二楼。环境幽静，客房干净、卫生间空间大，还有一个小阳台对着小花园。酒店里有游泳池可游泳。酒店就在鼎湖售
票处附近，闹中取静，值得推荐。
