孩子放寒假，然后带着亲戚的孩子一行六人，到鼎湖山旅游，山庄的位置非常优越，设施设备也很好，空气很好，本来我们以为会是一个安静的度假的之旅，结果晚上旁边的客房非常喧闹，住客在大声的放电视（向服务台投诉以后已经调小了音量），整晚的大声咳嗽和吐痰，影响了我们的休息，我们和服务台讲了，以为是外面的游客，结果是酒店的工作人员，不知道是不是喝醉了酒在客房休息，由此可见，他的管理还是比较混乱的，所以这趟旅程比较遗憾

干净、舒服、景观好很重要。这酒店位置非常好在景区内，环境优美，空气清新，晚上6点半后开车直入景区入住不用第二天的门票，省了第二天行山的时间，去鼎湖山入住这里是首选，下次有机会再去我还会选这里。就景区内的山上的条件而言，这里是非常好的选择，房间很舒服，窗很大，无敌景观，打开窗帘，满眼青绿，很舒服。开车沿山路上，就可到前台办理，不用走楼梯。从酒店出门到负离子区走路15分钟就到了，空气好极了。有时间休假了，再来这里住。
