首先是前台，入住当天本人说是同程订的房间，她说没有，说她们酒店没有和同程合作，语气还一脸不奈烦，第二就是本人不在房间期间酒店清洁人员私自进入房间打扫，私自整理了我的私人物品，表示对客人的不尊重，周围环境不好，是在马路有点吵，酒店隔音太差，价钱相对于这种服务态度来说，一点也不值这个价位，热水器忽冷忽热，差差差
