跟我老公这2年来一直订这家酒店，想不到它换前台后服务态度那么差。气死我了。以后都不住这家，情愿话多几十块。太差的服务态度了。我老公不吵架的人都差点跟他吵起来了，叫他找经理过来说没有经理，叫她拿老板电话过来又不给。没见过这么黑的。钱又给了，又累，才没换酒店。艺龙的客服说酒店搞错订单号，酒店说艺龙发错订单号给我们。一直说给我看她的电脑。无脑，艺龙短信发过来都是这个订单号，酒店一直说不是，你们怎么验证是你们的问题啊。气死了。
