在携程上最糟糕的一次经历：1、酒店未预留房间,经携程客服的沟通后,勉强安排；2、进房间后有客人酒下的榨菜袋未清理干净；3、房间奇小；4、早上办离店时,999的套房客人说昨天进贼了,把他们外面的门开了,幸好里面的门关了,要不还不知道是什么情况。不建议入住,本人也想手下留情,不过为了大家出门不易,避免影响心情,还是真实点,也希望店家重视起来,提高服务品质。之前看客人评价不好,觉的携程上的不可能,入住后后悔未听取建议。
