很老很冷清的政府接待酒店。不过，已由房产公司接手，正在改建，听说将改建为五星级酒店。相信改建后，就不会有这么实惠的房费了。酒店所在位置，景观非常好。因为在中心湖边的半山，可以一览中心湖和波海湖。肇庆市把湖边栈道修得非常棒。如果是家人或朋友的休闲游，三五家人或知己，在湖边走走，骑骑单车，感觉非常好。
非常重要的一点： 适合自驾。 个人感觉住这个酒店，没车就不方便。
