首先酒店的卫生不行，灰尘到处可见，然后开了房间，开不了门，房间里面霉味很大，早上的时候还有人开了门，不敲门就直接开门了，放在门把手的杯子摔烂了我才发现有人来，起来开门又发现门口没人，也没有一个明确的说法或者道歉，还有就是晚上感觉很阴森
