订的酒店房型跟真实的房型不符，我订的是带阳台的大床房，前台跟我说不是这种，只能给我带窗户的房间，到房间一看，窗户对着一面白墙，灯光又暗，打电话去强烈要求换房，其实一开始就可以给我一间带阳台的房间，为什么要我带着不满意的情绪谈判之后才给我原本订的那种房间呢？房间设备也开始老化，电视也太小了，整体感觉不爽！希望能提升一下服务质量
