简直就是奇葩，服务差的不得了。去漂流还要对2次身份证。一点也不好玩！本人经常带家人出去玩，从来不点评，第一次，就是没见过这么奇葩的！

盘龙峡真的太远了，每车一张德庆超速罚单。旅行社团队太多，自驾游就不要去凑热闹了。景色真的很一般。游泳池、温泉等真的很差，可以当做没有。房间还行，但不值那个价格。不会再去。

景区较偏远，胜在有薰衣草瀑布漂流和空气好。木屋房间较大，可装修已旧，脱漆漏水。拉客吃饭扰人酒店也不管，大堂到房间也远，没车送，服务员少，指引不足，前台态度不好。整个缺乏管理无心经营，不建议入住。

薰衣草木屋，环境不错，下次会再去的，有个不好就是蚊子挺多，而且人太多了结帐的时候要等很久，
