差，极差，住了几天，头两天住4楼，wifi两天上不了，打电话到前台，找个服务员看下。整不了，再投诉，说工程部休息，然后再没人理了，7月27日又入住5楼，空调有问题，打电话到前台，叫了一个阿姨上来按两下，不行，居然还说我又不是工程部，然后不了了之，作为封开高档的酒店，设施设备没提前检查，有问题反应没安排专业人员解决，作为一个封开县酒店业的标杆，情以何堪，！作为一个这样的一个管理，非常失望！
