很多年的老酒店，逛街吃饭非常方便，每次回肇庆都会住这里。入住期间洗手盆的管道掉了，打电话叫水管工上来修，地下一摊水让他帮忙叫清洁工拿地拖擦干，他说不关他的事，让我们另打电话叫人，打到总台又要我们打另一电话找人，最后生气了才帮忙叫清洁工。这么简单的事为什么就不能一次过完成，各部门互相推委，这种管理真不像四星级酒店的水准，希望能改进。表扬一下清洁工阿姨，本来很生气了的，但这阿姨很有礼貌，还主动添加纸巾，气很快就消了，酒店是服务行业尽本分才能留住客源。
