我作为一个五星级酒店做一样工作的酒店人，我想说本次下榻嘉湖大酒店，第一没有体验到宾至如归的感受，第二房间没有打扫干净就给就给客人，地板上有几摊水跟我说刚刚拖了地？这叫做打扫干净？真的不懂还有这种操作，直接去前台换房，告诉他没打扫好就不要给客人这种房间，还问我哪里没有打扫干净？需要我教你？呵呵两个字。第三，换了房厕所异味特别大，抽风开了跟没开一样，味道真的让人恶心，空气混浊。第四，晚上11点敲我房门说送被子，我都没让你送被子，影响我睡眠！失眠症患者好不容易快睡着给你这样叫醒？？？？一句对不起都没有就说什么前台通知错了就走，什么意思？第五，发小卡片给我什么意思****？酒店的摄像头是摆设？监控为什么不查是谁发的小卡片？酒店与这种地方是否有合作？不得而知。
