超级差，特别那服务态度，明明我到前台登记时已经交过押金了，却三更半夜打电话到房里说，我没有交押金叫我下去看监控，而且那态度超恶劣，等我下去看监控，**，你们是瞎的吗？找出来没有交押金那个监控里的人是我吗？监控室里那个死人清洁阿姨还对我说，以前哪些忘记交押金的人都会交回来，这句话是什么意思，是认定我没有交吗，你们这些服务态度，我真服，从来没有遇到过你们那么奇葩的，不好好查清楚就三更半夜打电话上来影响我休息，要是第二天有重要的事情，被你们这么一搞，害我没有休息好，你们就等着被投诉吧，完全不敢恭维这服务态度了，第二天如果不是我去找前台要说法，那些前台的人还没有打算解释道歉，你这家店这样的待客之道，我从心底里佩服你们，给我的那个房间门还是烂的，要不是我跟我男朋友过来第二天一早要去工作，门可以在里面反锁，当晚我就退了，真的是气死我了

这次终于给了一间豪华单人房了，以前入住给的比这次的都要差。酒店各方面都可以，但是隔音效果还是差了点，另外还有有蚊子咬。我已经两个晚上没睡好了。
