很差的一次住店，吧台服务员态度不好，一脸不耐烦不适合做这种工作，提议换人，弄得心情都不好了，而且定了个大床房到了哪里说只有双人房了，退房也退不了

退房时，查房说小个纸巾盒，我也同前台讲在枕头底！然后前台接到查房电话说纸巾盒不见了扣50元然后我自己即刻坐电梯上去房稳，上去到房门关着，我等了几分钟才有啊你姨来开房，我一入房一找枕头底即见纸巾盒，
