住的时候很冷，订的豪华大床房，竟然暖气也没有，真是服了U ，酒店环境、硬件设施很一般，配不上328的价钱

碰巧元宵节出差，酒店价格暴涨3倍，订房时已要求入住无烟房以及朝东方向，取房时却被告知已无朝东房间，只能服从安排。进入房间弥漫浓重烟味，无法忍受，要求换房，换至朝东房间，无异味，给换房服务给个赞，但鄙视接待人员自打嘴巴行为。
