住这家酒店是朋友介紹的。相对來说，酒店，环境设施还可以。我们零晨入住的，因前台说大床房只剩一间，我们两间房安排在一楼。可到了早上，八点多就听到走廊里大声喧嘩，吵的人根本无法欲睡。隔音效果太差，望多多改善。

预订了两间房 地点还算很好 在贞山边上 环境在四会来说算很不错的了 只是服务异常差 前台一开始安排给我们的房间在6层最尾的转角房 并且酒店走廊灯不全开特别黑 我们要求换房前台服务员诸多阻拦 不停说所有房间都一样的 要是换了还不满意呢？说一通迟迟不肯更换.最后只能说换一次不好就再不会换了才勉强同意换了两间靠电梯的房间.再说说酒店的床上用品吧.一睡下去就闻到一股汗酸味.半夜又要叫她们换.嗯.再说下退房的时候让行李员上来帮忙推行李下去 怎么知道上来的是个阿姨 一上来就开始骂骂咧咧 说什么都叫我 想做死她吗 好吧 就听她说好久以后问我们是退房吧 我说是 她说你退房的话就等我查房 免得我再跑一次 那也就等吧 查完房她提着两个最轻的纸袋 把那些行李箱丢在那自己出了房门 我们只好自己拖出来 这阿姨到好还说你们既然自己拿了就顺便把纸袋也自己提下去 那样她就不用下去 真的是狂晕.虽然不是什么大酒店 但服务人员的基本素质要有吧…不满意酒店的工作安排应该反映给酒店的管理部门不可能把气撒客人身上吧
