预定不顺利，总是没反应，后来预定了又说已满房。关键是前台电话死活没人接，最后同样的房型还是预定上了，但涨了30块钱。早餐非常一般，而且加床的还要另外买早餐券，这很不合适，别的酒店加床的都是赠送早餐券的。前台服务冷冰冰，在广东算是少见了。
