一直在用这个软件订票，最主要是方便、好用。首先说说酒店，这个是很多年的酒店了，当然跟现在的是没法比的，因价格都在这里，整体来说还算不错，但介绍就有有些言过其实，这样的价格也就是不过不失吧，环境卫生可以，办入住也方便，前台的服务态度很好。我要投诉的是早餐检票的两个服务员态度差得不得了，我们在这是消费，不是求你给一个像垃圾一样的早餐，哪两个服务员就像全世界只有她别人才能吃早餐一样，对住客呼呼喝喝，一点五星的服务态度都没有，我想问问酒店这就是你们的服务商态度？服务行业第一标准就是服务态度，还说是七星？应该说是七星差的服务态度吧。另外早餐说的所谓美人鱼表演是没有的，有点欺骗成份。

酒店确认入住之后抵达酒店大堂，等待20分钟跟客服多次沟通才能入住！不确定是酒店问题还是艺龙问题，总体前台服务（入住）没有大酒店的气派。房间空间还可以吧，角落有阴毛、发霉（图一）浴缸有污点自己想象就好（图二）肇庆森林城市名不虚传青蛙漫天跳，衣柜门存在如此明显的污垢。关于设施：空调 电视（马桶 浴缸都有）酒店也有 恒温游泳池 健身房 整体比较陈旧了。徒步就能到七星岩 附近有 海鲜 烧烤 煎炒焖炖的店可以吃饭。退房前台服务不错！总体而言，是不好的体验了
