预付式的入住的商务酒店，到酒店已经分配好房间，这点很赞。但到1207房间发觉门禁卡打不开房间门，楼层里没有电话，手机找到电话号码联系了前台，居然等了10几分钟没派人上来解决！！！！只能又电梯回一楼……没见过这么难请动的服务员！！要不是太晚，肯定退房退钱换地方
