酒店有超市，沐足，对面就是大旺公园，很繁华，吃的选择也多，房间虽然没有窗户但是很安静，住的很舒服，维也纳是连锁酒店，出差在外都是选择它！很棒的一次体验。

第三次到大旺出差，第一次入住维也纳酒店，总体上还是非常满意的。旁边是益万家超市，对面是大旺公园，周围吃的地方也不少。早饭和一般快捷连锁酒店差不多，服务态度挺好的，房间设置也不错。

服务态度非常差！非常差！我们18点到达酒店入住，前台告诉我们房间还在打扫卫生，要求我们等。我问已经18点了，为什么还没有房？酒店一般下午两三点都有房了，前台还傲慢说客人迟退房，唔关酒店事！真的呵呵了！我问是否我们次日也是可以四五点才退房？她说不能，真的自相矛盾！叫她找酒店经理，居然讲经理都出去了，没有人在。这样的服务态度！谁还会去住。
