感觉超级不好，马桶居然没人清洗。还有烟头在马桶里，旁边很多烟灰。冲凉房的排水也不行，一下就满出来。平时也经常住，感觉还不错的。这一次感觉太差了，外面地毯也是湿湿的，真是无语😓 。肯定是没人检修

酒店算比较旧了，房间很大。在艺龙订的，之前交了担保金，可是艺龙却说酒店不承认是通过我订的这个单入住的，那就是不给退回，可是我都入住完了。客服小雪说了几次说酒店不认，害我打电话去酒店发了一通脾气，错怪了他们。之后酒店回复我是承认的，还一直帮我追踪回款，谢谢酒店工作人员。艺龙这次的售后真是很差劲，随便一句不承认就扔回问题给消费者，什么都不做。让人气愤，失望，差评！
