每次回老家怀集都会选择入住燕城，之前的感觉都是不错的。这次从优点说起：环境好，房间比较干净，客房清洁阿姨态度很好。但是，办理入住的前台服务有待提高。我们在携程订的是两晚的房间，但是第二天竟然接到酒店电话问：为什么我们还不退房。当时我们就很吃惊，难道是携程酒店订单出错了？！所以我们立即抛下其他事情返回酒店，发现房间门卡不能再使用。我们回到前台询问为何房卡不能使用时，更令人吃惊的是，前台服务员态度十分嚣张，告诉我们“每天都要来前台刷卡”。可是我们之前入住的经历并不需要这样的手续，酒店管理变更了？最令人吃惊的在后面，服务员说“你们在昨天说你们只住一天，还没有决定第二天。”我们没有听到服务员询问“入住几天”也没有说过“只住一天”的话，而且携程订单上清清楚楚写明“两晚”，办理入住时不是由服务员查看然后录入信息的吗？为什么会存在这样的乌龙情况呢？希望以后不要再出现这样的事情了。
