  We were passing through Zhaotong on our way to northern Yunnan and chose this hotel to stay. The staff is the best thing about the entire place. None of them speak English (like 98% of China), but they're smiling, helpful, and incredibly kind. The hotel is cold; when we arrived, our room was freezing. Finally, toward evening, after some issues with the air conditioning turning on and off for no apparent reason, we managed to warm the room sufficiently. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The hotel is a bit out of the way of the rest of the city, but it depends on where you're going.

  每次一进门都有红糖姜茶，当天生日因为到的晚提前给前台打电话説定了个蛋糕让帮忙代收一下，小姐姐还在电话里祝我生日快乐，到了之后还送了我伴手礼，没想到还有大叔专门帮忙送行李，感觉出国住酒店要给小费才有这服务了，国内很多五星级酒店都做不到，洗衣服务也是免费的，重点是不用自己去，是阿姨来取，洗好烘乾准时准时给送到房间，这在其他酒店真的是需要收费的呀，真的太赞了，本来行程只是在昭通住一天的，但是因为酒店服务太好了果断又续住了一天

  真的要夸夸这次住的酒店！本来没抱太高期待，结果一进门就被惊艳到了。大堂不算奢华但特别乾净雅致，前台小妹动作麻利，还贴心提醒附近好吃的家常菜馆。房间里的床品是那种洗得软软的纯棉质感，躺上去瞬间卸下一身疲惫。最戳我的是细节：牀头柜摆着免费的矿泉水和小零食，衞生间的毛巾叠得整整齐齐，洗漱台的水渍都擦得乾乾净净。第二天的早餐超出预期，现煮的米线非常美味，豆浆香浓，阿姨还会主动问要不要加小菜。离店的时候下雨，前台还主动递雨伞，真的有种被当成家人对待的感觉。下次来这座城市，一定还选这家！

  每次去昆明都在昭通住，每次都住这个酒店，都会免费升级。前台服务特别好，遇到的每一个员工都会打招呼，早餐也很丰富，早餐厅的大姐也非常敬业。员工素质这么高，培训员工的领导值得表扬。推荐这里，非常值得入住。如果确定了时间，建议早点定会更便宜。
