酒店出门到景点和当地特色餐厅非常方便很近，还有三轮车可以体验，换成电动车就更完美了！酒店前台王颖非常感谢服务细心耐心，前台咖啡水吧也很方便，还有孩子们爱的小盲盒，各种出行小物品前台准备很全，房间还能拍到早晚的风景大片，完美的酒店！??

入住这家正定酒店，体验超乎预期！特别要表扬前台的男孩子小王，服务热情又专业，全程笑容满面，让人倍感亲切。酒店位置便利，房间乾净整洁，设施齐全，住得很舒心，还准备了各式实用的小物品供免费自取，性价比很高，强烈推荐！下次来正定，一定还选这里！

酒店就在开元寺旁边，装修挺新的，入住后发现订的是无窗房间，前台王萧小姐姐很耐心，给我们做了房型升级，还给我们介绍了游玩的景点，第二天因为火车要2点多，还给我们延迟了退房，入住体验感非常好，如果下次再来石家庄，首选你们家。

衞生乾净整洁，从楼上直接可以看到塔寺，还特别准备了小朋友的一次性拖鞋，送小朋友个玩具小飞机，还有免费三轮车可以借用，必须夸赞的一是前台王颖小姐姐的服务，提前联系我并发停车讯息及旅游线路图，二是过了早餐时间，食堂的工作人员依然热情的帮忙张找食物！！！服务一级棒必须点赞！！！

A clean and good hotel with laundry facility and close to many eateries.
Location are outside the busy area of Zhengding Ancient Town. (approx 10 minutes walk)
The staff are very helpful and housekeeping are very considerate. I stay next to housekeeping towel and linen storage room. Did not hear them talking loudly or makes a lot of noise like other hotels that I stayed in.
Highly recommend this hotel as every room has own air-conditioning unit. Perfect for spring n autumn where other hotels with central air-con will turn on heater and makes the room too hot for sleeping.

前台小姐姐帮免费升了房，房间的窗户看出去就是开元寺，酒店位置也很好找，房间里的设施都很新，隔音效果也不错，就是偶尔信号不太好不知道为什麽，出门路口就是天天排队的口口香烧饼
