房间中规中矩，没有任何特色。晚上去中餐厅吃饭，在门口站了很久没人过来领位，过去问服务员是随便坐吗？服务员说您随便坐吧！我说我站了这么久你们居然没有人打招呼吗？一个人，点了一个冷菜，一个热菜，一个特色烩面，食物简直了……比如烩面吧，里面的肉根本嚼不动……餐厅散座区只有一个服务员，什么都得喊！这是希尔顿，五星级酒店……前台和礼宾部的服务很好很热情！

酒店没的说，但是艺龙让我很失望，一直用艺龙订酒店，第一次出现对接名字搞错最后还是打客服解决的入住。郑州那么大的风雨搞的整个人都很燥！
