主要我想吐槽的是艺龙的使用体验越来越差，返现操作必须要求1、离店；2、自行操作；3、超过一个月视为自动放弃。我想请问一下，视为自动放弃的条款我什么时候同意过？有我的授权或者签字么？艺龙不要自欺欺人了，不改善的话一般酒店都可以用你的网上价格直接订房，不变只会流失客户！
