第一次来郑州出差，冲着希尔顿的品牌选择入住这里。确实不愧老牌五星酒店，环境很好，交通也很便利，还升级了行政套房。特别感谢郭长坤经理，服务非常热情，还非常迅速的解决了我的问题。冲着这种服务态度，下次来郑州还是会选择入住希尔顿。PS：唯一需要改进的地方，电梯的刷卡按钮实在是不太灵敏??

住过最差的希尔顿 没有之一 进门洗手台上放了根20厘米长的大钉子 借个充电器还需要押金？现在快捷借充电器都不需要押金好吗？这是希尔顿快捷酒店是吗？
