从扬州游玩後就来到了镇江，事先在携程上订了两晚的锦江之星西津渡大西路店，到达後前台的小姑娘就让加钱升级房间，这点很不爽，考虑到她説的房间位置噪声小一些，开窗容易，钱也不多，就交了钱，没想到晚上很吵，早晨四点多就吵的睡不了觉，想着换一个地方，嫌麻烦，就住了两个晚上。其它的早餐也不错，环境挺好，离各个景点都很近，可以步行到西津渡街和镇江博物馆，也就二十分钟，到金山打车也就10元钱，特别方便。

实事求是！房间尚可，停车很乱，保安纵容客人乱停车导致我们凌晨出发车子正常通行出不去，爬圌山看日出计划泡汤…体验感极差！关键是酒店处理紧急情况对应能力极差，员工请示大堂经理电话打不通，向老板申请迟迟没有处理措施，从凌晨三点到五点二十，一直未解决客人违停阻拦我们车子正常通行的情况，直到违停客人睡醒了才下来挪车，赶到圌山太阳已当头照…保安偷换概念怪我们那麽早出行没提前告知他们，我觉得我们啥时候出行啥时候回酒店是我们的自由也是我们私隐，没义务跟酒店报备行程安排，明明就是你们酒店的管理失职，我没要求你们赔偿损失就算了，还成了出现问题的责怪对象！关键退房时候前台连个招呼和抱歉都没説…就当啥事都没发生：好了，您可以走了…呵呵哒！

晚上十点多到的，很快办理了入住。前台告知帮忙免费升级了房型，非常惊喜，而且已经提前打开空调了，很满意。房间乾净整洁，晚上睡觉也没感觉到吵，住了一晚还是比较舒服的。

答辩一坨，进房间里房间垃圾桶和衞生间垃圾桶都是垃圾，太晚了不想来回烦了就没找前台。衞生真的很堪忧，房间床一睡上去就感觉非常的刺挠皮肤，真的很不舒服，不推荐来

酒店地点非常好，确实没有选错，周边小吃很多，步行3分钟有个大菜市场，吃用便宜方便，酒店距离西津渡、镇江博物馆步行七八分钟就到，酒店到各景点滴滴打车都是起步价，骑共享单车就能方便到达，酒店内装修简约大方，衞生乾净，客服非常热情，房间宽敞明亮，洗澡热水流量很大，非常满意的一次旅行。

Hotel was okay, but we didn’t have the window, and lights were not to bright. We were staying just 1 night, but if you wanna stay for long term, check the room with windows :) it was not too far from the railway station, and closed to the place have a lot of places that you can visit
