酒店欢迎饮料入住时都不告知一下，前台服务员也不是很热情。会员免费升级也没做到主动告知，后来升级了说看不见江，让我还是住没升级看到江的，如果升级要加钱，我说看不到就算，我喜欢住大的。但上去一看还是能看到江景的，唯一的是晚上边上施工，吵的我一夜没睡。浴室挺大，有浴缸和淋浴分开，床也大，还有住店可以晚上便宜点的自助餐，而且晚上还做了夜床。看到机器人的，但没使用。下楼就是江边，可以散个步，还能看到北固山和焦山，远远的。周围没什么吃的，要跑3公里以外。我经常住饭店，觉得只能是中等的评价。

江景房的景色非常美，浴室真的很棒，在浴缸泡一个澡，看着窗外是一种极大的享受。房价空间也挺大，没有压抑感，酒店服务很到位，非常主动。有任何疑问前台会耐心的解释并妥善解决。停车也很方便。

没住过这么臭的皇冠，下水道的恶臭弥漫整个房间，感觉一晚睡在粪坑旁，不知道前天是不是故意排给我这间臭的房间，一晚没睡好！

这次来住正好赶到特价，定了件高级房，前台小姐姐免费升级到豪华房，服务员也主动送来儿童洗漱用品和小拖鞋，小浴袍，感觉不错；房间斜对角着城市，和一小半江景，正前方是工地！最喜欢皇冠的床，很舒服！有个插曲，儿子的玩具遗失在房间，想起来后打电话问了酒店，还是顺利拿到玩具；泳池应该配个甩干的机器，不然拿回去的泳衣都湿哒哒的，只是建议，希望以后能够有这服务！整体还是蛮好的！
