酒店设施特别破旧，尤其是床，我来镇江参加公务员考试，结果因为床的原因一晚上没睡着，劝好好考虑一下，因为床是上个世纪的那种席梦思，比木板还硬，关键是搁人！服务态度比较差，空调效果也不好，全是灰，打电话问特别没有耐心，也推脱说没有问题，千万不要住！！快捷酒店也比这个好一万倍！

总体满意，老牌地标。5楼中餐厅请当地亲戚吃了顿晚饭，价格适中，亲戚比较满意。关键住店客人还有折扣。小惊喜！

地段好，到各景点都超级方便。工作人员亲切，人性化，入住第一天刚进门烟缸里有烟灰，这个无法理解。没有泳池、健身房关的太早太早，餐饮中规中矩。镇江老地标，早餐性价比高，除了汤包没见到，别的特产基本都有。

该酒店在市中心位置，出入很方便的，店里大堂经理和接待服务态度很好的！给旅客很温馨的感觉，因为酒店附近在施工，声音响，联系后给换了合适的客房。其中有个楼层服务员王红霞，多次麻烦她，能做到有求必应，不厌其烦，服务态度很好的！值得赞扬！
