初四入住，当天入住率确实高，第二天早饭基本要靠抢，餐具都跟不上了，排到一碗面条但一筷难求，初六早餐就好多了。建议酒店在高峰期还是做好预案，人员数量保障，这样服务才能保障。

新年入住老牌酒店，软硬件服务都过得硬，出行方便周边购物商城很多，客服服务周到，很少有五星酒店换硬板床，特别感谢服务员：华海燕，蒋芬芬，李广香的优质服务。

尽管是老宾馆，但是，非常好！定的高级间，免费升级了豪华间，酒店对面是苏宁广场！离金山寺等也不远，非常方便！

可能是老牌酒店，看起来不够时尚。周边环境还可以，交通也方便。亲子房给孩子很大惊喜，额外赠送了水果和小吃，感谢酒店的用心。

酒店地处市中心，交通便利，地标建筑，免费给我们升级了套间，旋转餐厅早餐丰盛，服务员热情仔细，每天有小食品赠送，打扫干净。就是房间的玻璃窗和窗帘有些旧了！
