位置距离市区有些远，但我们是自驾所以还好，酒店前台服务很好，房间很干净，晚上还有宋慧珍和侯艳两位大姐送来水果和牛奶，看到我们有小朋友又果断的多给了一盒牛奶，服务真的是很贴心，下次来还住这里

每次出差都来这边住的，已经很习惯了，早餐很丰盛，服务员马娟和董凤仙两位大姐很热情，送了很多吃的，还帮忙整理了房间，谢谢。

这是我第二次入住，这次订到了家庭亲子房，房间里的小孩拖鞋，小孩牙刷，小孩毛巾，小孩浴巾都让我们觉得很贴心。在镇江，能开业后一直保持房间的整洁不容易，明都做到了！服务员严云华和马娟都亲切热情，有呼必应，还送来了牛奶和水果！另外，虽然商务楼的健身房在改造，需要过马路去对面的贵宾楼，但贵宾楼健身房的设施齐全，赞一个！

入住时给升级到了贵宾楼的行政大床房，房间应该是新装修不久，设施维护得还不错，房间也很大，卫生较好。每天有水果和牛奶赠送，矿泉水也送的很足，一天2瓶1.5升的规格。。。所以总体很满意，毕竟价格才400不到一晚。硬件来说达到国内酒店品牌一般的5星标准了。
需要改进的地方主要两点：
第一，偌大的贵宾楼竟然没有配备婴儿床。第二，酒店餐饮接待能力不足，吃饭不是很方便。
