这家酒店大堂（共公使用，以酒店为主）面积、大但装饰、摆设很文化雅致（这是酒店最卖点），但位置偏辟，且客房设施十分简约（不客气地说法是简陋），小于30吋的液晶电视，简陋的写字松，尺寸过小的浴缸，竞然有重复使用的所谓皮拖鞋，还没有三星级以上酒店必有的壁柜，摆了几本无人问津的书，算是表现所谓‘’书香‘’吧。且不说客房价格高低，就自由行旅行的核心需求食宿行、体验民风民俗而言，生活很不方便，性价比极低。建议各年龄层次的自由行背包客来镇江旅行，千万勿选此爿酒店（该酒店极适合文化教育部门的文人骚客们聚会）。
