第一次碰到去酒店前台说没有酒店订单预订。酒店前台系统信息和艺龙App的订单信息完全不符合。明明是在艺龙网预订，偏偏酒店前台说是携程网没有显示订单，后来酒店前台告知是携程并购了艺龙、去哪儿。系统偏偏不是一致性。还好我有订单为凭据，站得住脚。
谢谢，酒店前台积极联系携程的工作人员。而我联系了艺龙客服。前前后后花了40多分钟解决问题，最后谢谢酒店为我们升级了房间，拿到了2间英式的大床房。
酒店的早餐还不错，面包🍞、点心蛮丰富的，女厨煮得馄饨、米线、面条🍜都很好吃。
补一句，橙汁喝起来太甜腻了。
