酒店设施比较陈旧了！卫生一般需要加强！我住的房间靠里面不临街很安静！前台服务态度很一般！就是几点退房的问题也要这么纠结吗？一个说14:00一个说12:00过了时间加收房费！理由就是我是第三方的客人不是酒店的客人！说14:00退房的人是“新来的”！俗话说来的都是客！我少你房费了？你为什么区别对待？没有第三方的介绍谁知道你的酒店？既然员工是新来的为啥培训不合格就上岗？用真心诚信对待每一个客户才会生意兴隆！否则你从维也纳换成维多纳也不行！看看前台工作的状态就知道差距在哪里了！

交通极其方便，周边有多条公交线路，打车也很方便。房间很干净，设施完备，就是隔音效果稍差。自助早餐餐点的种类有限，尚可吧。总之双节假期能订到此房还算满意，下次去镇江仍会考虑住在这里。送的两张金山公园门票很实惠
