先说服务，定的高级套房（可能不是最好的选择，看中比标间空间大，进去有个麻将桌？为什么套房有麻将桌，你就说是娱乐房不是更贴切），由于其特色麻将桌进房门就是一股浓浓的烟味，要求换房还是给了一间同样的麻将桌烟味浓烈的房间，再次协调客服要求换房，宁可降低要求换一间价位低的也接受，说没房间了（明明有的，如最后一张查询截图），说提供净化烟味的服务（在以前的住宿经验中，要么没房就直接升级了）。协调无果，只好要求退房，前台请示后同意退房，但最终由于带着老人孩子且已经是下午两点了，老人游玩了一上午太累了不愿意挪地方了只好接受现状，住下了。再看内部设施，不多说了请大家看图，脏，破，旧，和四星酒店的定位定价完全不匹配。地理位置优越，不乏旅行团住客，可能正是人家傲娇的原因吧。
