周边设施比较齐全，斜对面就是湘遇，前面一公里有大统华超市和一条美食街，，有两家饭店的炒菜不错的。第二次入住了，还是不错的，性价比也还行，但装潢设施有点老旧了，如果能及时跟进换新的话，会更值得推荐。
