对同程服务差评，晚上七点多预定的酒店，第二天催促客服的情况下九点半才给我答复房间没有了，打个电话来轻飘飘请我退款，请问你不早说，一家老小怎么搞，什么服务啊br后来定的另外一个房间竟然贵了几百元，无语
