我对酒店完全无语。订了三个房间给我开两个，我忍，你再开一间。屋里没有一次性拖鞋洗漱用品没有配齐，你还能让我说什么。关键是，设施老旧也就罢了，卫生那个惨不忍睹，马桶里面都是脏的！！！严重怀疑打扫了吗？为了方便选的这里，实在无语…

前台接待员态度比较差，我在艺龙上下订单，他们一定要说没收到订单，最后打电话去艺龙那问才给我们入住，浪费不少时间，旁边那个安排房间的女的一听我们是团购的，就故意把我们放在比较差的房间，本来说着要放4楼，后来知道我们是团购票后就放在二楼了，二楼住了一大堆员工
