实名制反馈意见我叫陈文浩7月10号入住，7月13日离店，早上6点20退的房，7月10号用艺龙定的，续住两天该前台说直接续费就可以不需要网上定，退房时，只现显实示7月11日和12日入住信息，发票只开了7月11日和7月12日的，7月10日发票拒绝开，原因是艺龙订的续住的时候就要开票，坑人的，续住时又不说，离店的时候才说，前台说白班没有交接给她晚班，7月13日退房时前台服务态度非常不好，这是他们内部交接不到位，把责任全部推给客户，我非常气氛这种由于内部交接问题，而把责任推给客户，由于要赶火车，非常气愤的离开，呼吁大家下次入住一定要注意，太气氛了，下次绝对不入住！哪怕前台退房时话说好听点，语气好点我都算了，态度还这么不好，气死我了！
