第三次入住，没有前两次那么的舒心了。房间淋浴间的下水有问题，自己下手捅开了。让客房送来两个玻璃杯，有一个杯口有明显的缺口。在办理入住的时候，由于有酒店的会员卡就随口问了句，会员的话是不是会送牛奶。前台告知，通过网络预约的不享受会员政策。真心话，不是为了一杯牛奶而不开心，在办理酒店会员卡的时候没有人告知过这个政策，而且酒店的宣传海报上也没有体现这个事情。感觉有点上当受骗的意思。更重要的是，之前两次入住也是网络预定，但是都送了牛奶。不知是临时决定不送，还是怎样。总之，未来或许还会来住，但是已经没有了之前的忠诚度了。
