  很满意的一次体验。首先离高铁站很近，方便出行。二，楼层较高，视野很好，但是晚上有拉土车的声音，稍微有点吵。三，房间干净整洁，床和被子都很舒服。四，大厅的小姐姐人很好，很耐心的接待，送了早餐卷，7点到9点半，食物种类还是比较多的。五，停车位充足，有收费的和不收费的地方。总之是来到大郑州第一天美好的体验。在此提及一些小小建议，洗发水洗完头有点干，没有护发素，也没有身体乳之类的。11月的河南还是很干燥的。

  不错的酒店，很干净，住着非常舒服。离郑州东站比较近，附近有一个大商场，里面有很多吃的。 唯一不喜欢的就是早餐，感觉特别差，可选的东西很少，质量也不咋地，不怎么好吃。

  第二次入住这家酒店，房间比较大，客房内设施也比较新，干净卫生！客房全部都有大窗户，前台服务员服务态度热情。以后还会在这家酒店下榻。

  这次一个人住还给我免费升级了房型，经常来住这家，无论是服务还是房间都给我一种很舒适的感觉，这次住的大床房特别舒服站在27楼通过落地窗俯瞰整个郑州东站，晚上的郑州灯火通明也非常好看，这次入住体验还是非常不错的。

  一直住全季，前台服务态度特别好，早餐也很丰盛服务和卫生都很棒！设施完善，还为我免升房型，帮我提前选好比较安静的房间，很人性化，房间卫生打扫的挺干净的，注重表扬服务，前台员工服务积极又热情，加上甜美的语言和微笑，让全季更靓丽，小姑娘没还帮我提行李，让我感到很暖，以后会经常来住的！
