我和这几位客人感受相似。
这家酒店用四字形容，徒有其表。
应该能到准四星水准，然鹅…呵呵
沙发污渍，椅子档次不匹配
客人要啥都是一句“你下来拿”
外卖一般酒店是前台集中配送，这个“你下来”
这服务理念是上世纪九十年代吧。
这种酒店估计也就是中晟集团自己住着玩玩，散客们建议，同价位还是全季之类的集团性连锁服务和品质才有保障。
作为一个酒店管理硕士，以及酒店管理从业者，我是真无力吐槽了！长见识了！

非常垃圾，送个外卖都不让别人送上来。我要下去拿，反正房间小。花这个钱住这种连服务生都没有的房间，不值。早上连早餐都没有。有点坑。说实话。158的房间都比这个好，这个房间320元。希望大家不要上当。大家看清楚
